Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes for international orders.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  4. Wait 24-48 hours (packages are sometimes marked delivered early)
  5. Contact us at support@selectchoicemart.com if still not received after 48 hours

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. In cases of confirmed lost packages, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Delayed Deliveries

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates
  2. Contact the carrier for more details
  3. Contact us if the delay exceeds 5 business days past the estimated delivery date

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, or customs (for international orders).

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard the packaging materials
  2. Take photos of the package exterior and any damaged items
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@selectchoicemart.com
  4. Provide your order number and photos

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us:

Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, the return shipping cost and original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
