Shipping Locations
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including:
- All physical street addresses
- PO Boxes (where available by carrier)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping availability and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes for international orders.
Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days
You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
- Cost: FREE for all orders within the USA
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Carrier: USPS, FedEx, or UPS
International Shipping
Standard International
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
- Delivery Time: 10-21 business days
- Carrier: USPS International, FedEx International, or UPS Worldwide
Express International
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
- Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
- Carrier: FedEx International or UPS Worldwide Express
Important: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, customs clearance (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method
FREE Standard Shipping:
- All domestic (USA) orders ship FREE with Standard Shipping
- No minimum purchase required
- Automatically applied at checkout
- Upgraded shipping methods available for faster delivery at additional cost
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Direct link to track your package
You can also track your order by:

- Visiting the “Order History” section
- Clicking on your order number
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- Wait 24-48 hours (packages are sometimes marked delivered early)
- Contact us at support@selectchoicemart.com if still not received after 48 hours
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. In cases of confirmed lost packages, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Delayed Deliveries
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Contact the carrier for more details
- Contact us if the delay exceeds 5 business days past the estimated delivery date
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, or customs (for international orders).
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging materials
- Take photos of the package exterior and any damaged items
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@selectchoicemart.com
- Provide your order number and photos
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us:
- We will contact you to confirm the correct address
- Reshipping fees will apply
- If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by you, we cannot be held responsible
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Important Information for International Customers:
- You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your country
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs
- Customs charges vary by country and are beyond our control
- Packages may be held at customs, causing delivery delays
- Contact your local customs office for specific information about charges and processing times
- SelectChoiceMart is not responsible for any customs-related delays or fees
Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, the return shipping cost and original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
- We will notify you via email
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee
- You may request reshipment with correct address details (additional shipping charges apply)
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- Certain restricted international locations
- Regions under trade embargoes or sanctions
- Addresses flagged by carrier fraud prevention systems
Some products may have additional shipping restrictions based on:
- Hazardous materials regulations
- Size and weight limitations
- State or country import regulations
Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.
Peak Season & Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.):
- Processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days
- Carrier delivery times may be longer than usual
- We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery before holidays
Holiday Shipping Deadlines: We will post specific cutoff dates for guaranteed holiday delivery on our website homepage and via email.
Shipping Confirmations & Notifications
You will receive email notifications at the following stages:
- Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order
- Processing Update: When your order is being prepared
- Shipping Confirmation: When your order ships (includes tracking)
- Delivery Confirmation: When your package is delivered (carrier-dependent)
Please ensure your email address is correct and check spam/junk folders if you don’t receive notifications.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may:
- Ship from different warehouses
- Arrive in separate packages
- Have different tracking numbers
- Be delivered on different dates
You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. There are no additional charges for split shipments.
Expedited Shipping Guarantee
For Expedited, Express, and Overnight shipping:
- Delivery time begins once the package is shipped (not when the order is placed)
- Processing time (1-3 business days) is separate from delivery time
- Guaranteed delivery times only apply to business days (Monday-Friday)
- Weekends and holidays are not included in delivery estimates
If expedited shipments are delayed due to carrier error, please contact us for a shipping refund.
Address Changes
Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address before your order ships:
- Contact us immediately at support@selectchoicemart.com
- Include your order number and new address
- We will update your address at no charge if the order hasn’t been processed
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. You must:
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- Request an address change or package intercept (additional carrier fees may apply)
- Or wait for the package to be returned and request reshipment (additional fees apply)
