Our Commitment

At Select Choice Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns and refunds according to the policy below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@selectchoicemart.com or call our customer service team with your order number
  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method

Important: Do not send your purchase back without first receiving a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange
  3. We’ll send a replacement once we receive and approve your return

For size or color exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  4. A prepaid return label will be provided if return is necessary

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong item:

  1. Contact us immediately
  2. We’ll send you the correct item at no additional charge
  3. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeline:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@selectchoicemart.com

Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund by contacting us before the item ships.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, you must follow the standard return process to receive a refund.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns in the following circumstances:

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are never subject to restocking fees.
