What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
You can request a refund if:
- You received a defective or damaged item
- You received the wrong item
- You are not satisfied with your purchase (item must be returned unused at your expense)
We do not issue refunds if:
- Your order did not arrive due to an incorrect shipping address you provided
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (customs delays, natural disasters, etc.)
- The 30-day return window has expired
How to Return an Item
Contact us at support@selectchoicemart.com with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization.
Return Shipping:
- Defective or wrong items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. For size or color changes, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Contact us first before sending any items back.
