Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I have a hard time wearing metal, except for SS or white gold, or platinum. Both are too expensive for a watch. This watch is beautiful. It is just what I wanted. The black face and golden hands stand out surrounded by the gold band. It is very comfortable and easy to tell the time. This is a birthday present from my husband so I have to wrap it and not wear it again until it's my birthday.
I love this and found it easy to adjust and close with 1 hand, after just a few times I was able to do it with one hand. It stays tightly closed. I have no problems. Best is it is large enough to read without glasses. It does not pinch like some or wear out like others. Great product
Love this watch! Only issue is with the length of the strap. I had to take it to a jeweler because even if I got one of the kits I'd have no idea how to use it. Even the jeweler had an issue and as a result part of the clasp got bent so it doesn't close as securely as I'd like. Beautiful design though!
