Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I like it a lot! Now I can sleep the whole night and my cats don’t climb on me cause they are sleeping in their hammocks! It’s been a couple of days but everything is fine, no complaints. I don’t see any defects of anything like this, the quality of hammocks is quite high!
Well I’ve made a mistake placing it under the kitchen chair, now my cat grabs legs white laying there and play with pieces of clothes! But the hammock is nice, very well made.
Product good, resistant finish and beautiful pattern. Can be used on both sides: one of them is very soft, one plain. This size seems to be good for kittens.
