Our Commitment
At Select Choice Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns and refunds according to the policy below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Items must not be on the non-returnable list (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items and hygiene products
- Hazardous materials
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@selectchoicemart.com or call our customer service team with your order number
- Receive Authorization: Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method
Important: Do not send your purchase back without first receiving a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Damaged in Transit: We cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approval Time: Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval
- Partial Refunds: May be granted for items returned in used condition or with missing components
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item:
- Follow the return process above
- Indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange
- We’ll send a replacement once we receive and approve your return
For size or color exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- A prepaid return label will be provided if return is necessary
Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately
- We’ll send you the correct item at no additional charge
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeline:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@selectchoicemart.com
Cancellations
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund by contacting us before the item ships.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, you must follow the standard return process to receive a refund.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns in the following circumstances:
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items showing signs of use
- Items missing accessories or components
- Large or bulky items requiring special handling
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are never subject to restocking fees.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs duties or import taxes incurred during the return process
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency charged
